30th August - French Open

 Pleased to win this event 19 years after the last victory. Beat Irina Armstrong 4-2 in the final after defeating Rachel Brooks 4-3 in the semi. Then made a scratch pairing with young Katie Hoggarth and won the Pairs.

23rd August - Sweden Open 

Lost in the semi final to Lorraine Winstanley 3-5 but won the Mixed Triples with Lorraine and Alan Norris.

Antwerp Open 

Lost in the final to Anastasia after beating Trina Gulliver in the semi.

2nd-3rd August - Granite City Open

Deta had a great weekend in Aberdeen winning the pairs with Maggie Sutton. The great weekend was capped off by winning the singles final 5-1 against Anne Kirk, beating Amanda Cox and Julie Thompson, two class players, on the way.

9th August - British Classic

Another great day for Deta winning the title she last won in 2010 , beat amongst others Maggie Sutton 4-0, Paula Jacklin 4-3, and a great semi final win 4-0 against Fallon Sherrock taking out 120 and 154 with Fallon on a double both times. Had a good victory 5-1 in the final against fellow England international Lorraine Winstanley. It was another very good standard ladies final.
